Booking a kayak trip on Havelock
Pick your trip and date above, choose a departure, and pay online. You get an instant confirmation with your booking number, and we hold your seat while you complete payment so a slot is never blocked by an unfinished checkout.
What you are booking
- Havelock Mangrove Kayaking, ₹3,500 per adult and ₹1,200 per child. Two hours, departing 7:00 AM or 4:00 PM, maximum 10 paddlers, minimum age 8.
- Bioluminescent Night Kayaking, ₹3,500 per person. Ninety minutes, departing 7:30 PM, maximum 8 paddlers, minimum age 10.
Both are graded beginner and guided throughout. You do not need previous experience and you do not need to be able to swim.
What happens after you book
You will get a confirmation email with your booking number and the meeting point. Arrive at Havelock Jetty 15 minutes before a daytime departure, or 20 minutes before the night paddle, because the safety briefing happens on land before anyone gets into a kayak. We do not run hotel pickup, so plan a taxi or a rented scooter.
What is included
- Kayak, paddle and a fitted life jacket, worn for the whole trip

Not included: transport to the meeting point, food, and anything you buy afterwards.

We cancel for rain, wind, poor visibility or water we do not like the look of, and we refund in full. We would rather refund you than launch in conditions we are not happy with. See the cancellation policy for the full terms.
Paying
Card, UPI and netbanking are accepted through Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

How do I book a kayaking trip?
Choose your trip, date and departure time, enter the number of guests and your details, then pay online. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
Will I get a booking confirmation?
Yes. After payment you get a confirmation email with your booking number, trip details and meeting point, plus your booking voucher as a PDF to show at check-in.
What if money was deducted but my booking was not confirmed?
Contact us with your booking number and the payment details from your bank or UPI app. We will check the payment with Razorpay and sort it out with you.
Is there a minimum age for kayaking?
Yes. The minimum age is 8 on the daytime mangrove trip and 10 on the bioluminescent night paddle. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, UPI and netbanking, through Razorpay. Payments are processed by Razorpay, so we never see or store your card details.
Is my seat held while I complete payment?
Yes, your seat is held for a short time while you complete payment. If the checkout is not finished, the seat is released so the departure is never blocked by an unfinished booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Each departure has limited seats, so book as soon as your plans are set. Book your ferry to Havelock first, because ferries sell out in season and can be cancelled in rough weather.
What should I bring on the day?
Your booking voucher, printed or on your phone, and a government photo ID. Wear clothes that can get wet, and arrive at Havelock Jetty 15 minutes before a daytime departure or 20 minutes before the night paddle.
